A private monorepo of four applications. The demo isn't public, to avoid exposing flows, credentials, or user data.
A platform that connects end users with businesses and services. I built it as a 4-application monorepo: a mobile app (user), an admin dashboard, a central REST API, and a marketing landing.
The interesting part: the backend
The API is a modular TypeScript monolith that runs as Express locally and as AWS Lambda (serverless) in production — the same code, two modes. It includes JWT authentication, email OTP signup, and real-time WebSocket messaging.
Architecture
In production everything runs serverless on AWS (us-east-1, within the free tier) against MongoDB Atlas; the frontends ship from S3. Near-zero infrastructure cost, ready to scale when it grows.
