A shipping and logistics platform for Chile that I ran end to end: the full management system — request maintainer, districts module, per-store orders — plus the scheduling flow with Flow payments integrated.
Operating at scale
Mass mail and WhatsApp notifications with configurable templates, paginated views and data exports, and operational dashboards for the day-to-day of the business.
Tech leadership
I coordinated the dev team: developer onboarding on GitHub, technical and staffing decisions, and DevOps with commit and deploy scripts for the test and production environments.
